Where can you ship?

We are a Canadian-based online store and ship all over Canada! Yes, that includes ALL provinces and territories.

Can you ship to the U.S.?

No we do not, but our U.S.-based partners at The Smartest House do! Visit them at https://www.thesmartesthouse.com for all your home automation needs.

Which shipping provider do you use?

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post. 

My parcel is delayed/missing, what do I do?

We are unable to control delayed or missing parcels as all of our shipments are handled by Canada Post. However, in case of any delays or missing parcels please contact us and we will be more than happy to facilitate opening a case with Canada Post. The estimated resolution time is 10 business days during which the recipient will be contacted by Canada Post to confirm all relevant details.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. All of our parcels are tracked from start to finish. Tracking numbers are provided upon confirmation of shipment once your parcel has been shipped out.

Where can I find out the cost of my shipment?

Once you've placed all your items your cart, shipping will be calculated upon checkout. If you would like to enquire about a shipping rate for any order, feel free to send us a quick message in the chat box, e-mail us at info@hometechsolution.org, or fill out our contact form.

Our standard rates, which apply for all provinces and territories, are based on current rates provided by Canada Post and varies by location. For the most accurate rate, please refer to the shipping rate reflected upon checking out.

Do you offer any deals or discounts on shipping?

We occasionally offer promotional free shipping with varying spending minimums. To stay informed on shipping promotions, subscribe to our client club to receive e-mails outlining current promotions and deals for our store. 

Any current shipping promotions may also be reflected in the announcement bar at the very top of our webpage.
