Please contact support@meross.com with below information, we will send the parts to you as soon as we can. The parts may charge the cost.

Why my light strip is too dim compare to other light strips in white color?
We have two kinds of LED light strip, one is RGB, and the other one is RGBWW. For RGB type, it is mainly for color decoration. RGBWW is RGB color with 2700-6500 Kevin LED. So it is bright enough for white color. If you need brighter one, please choose RGBWW type, which MSL320CP model.
