Where can you ship?

We are a Canadian-based online store and ship all over Canada! Yes, that includes ALL provinces and territories.

Can you ship to the U.S.?

No we do not, but our U.S.-based partners at The Smartest House do! Visit them at https://www.thesmartesthouse.com for all your home automation needs.

Which shipping provider do you use?

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post. 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. All of our parcels are tracked from start to finish. Tracking numbers are provided upon confirmation of shipment once your parcel has been shipped out.

Where can I find out the cost of my shipment?
