Return Policy
To Request a Return
We guarantee a 30 day return policy on all new* products. Requests for return must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
*All used/open box products are subject to separate policies and not eligible for a return or refund. For warranty and return policies relating to open box and used products, please refer to our Used/Open Box Products page.
All eligible returns must be unused, in original received condition. This includes all original packaging, instruction guides and accessories.
To initiate a return, please visit https://shophometechsolution.org/a/returns or e-mail support@shophometechsolution.org with the following credentials;
- your order number (found on your invoice)
- a detailed description of items being returned
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be provided for all eligible returns. Please do not return products without having obtained an RMA number.
Shipping costs for all returned items must be covered by the customer.
In the event that your purchase qualified for free shipping, the cost originally paid by Home Tech Solution to ship the order will be deducted from the refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Received a damaged or wrong product?
Please inspect your product upon receiving it and contact us immediately at support@shophometechsolution.org if it is damaged or if you have received the wrong product. We will follow up with instructions on how to replace your products.
Warranty/Exchange Information
All new** products purchased from our shop are covered by a 1 year warranty.
**All used/open box products purchased from our shop are covered by a limited warranty. For more information, visit our Used/Open Box Products page.
New defective items returned within 30 days of the receiving date will be replaced at no cost to the customer. The return shipping label will be provided upon approval.
Shipping costs for new defective items returned after the 30 day receiving period must be covered by the customer.
Home Tech Solution is not responsible for missing or stolen items during return shipping. For more information about shipping, please refer to our Shipping FAQ
