FAQS
The socket thermostat will remain in the same operating state as before the last power failure when powered on. This may be because the unit was switched off before the power failure, you can try restarting the device by pressing and holding the Mode button.
This means that the device's Wi-Fi or lnternet is down. You can troubleshoot the following:
- Check if your home Wi-Fi is working properly.
- Make sure that you have disabled access control in your router and that the Smart Socket Thermostat is not blocked by the router's firmware.
- Power off and power on the device again.
- Press and hold the “Up” and “DOWN” buttons to factory reset the device and try to add it again.
You can control heaters or coolers to adjust the temperature, or you can control lights, fans, humidifiers, and other small appliances to make them work on a timer.
